“We have only good things to say about Allen and his abilities.  First, there was the sale of our existing home and the search for the new one.  We had a lot of trouble selling our old home.  After going through three other realtors in a year’s time, we went with Allen and he and his associate were able to get us a buyer fairly quickly.  We must acknowledge that Allen knows the realities of various real estate markets and what it takes to sell a house.  Then, he and his associate patiently helped us search for our new home which turned out to be exactly where we wanted it to be geographically.  We now have the ideal townhouse for us in a 55 and over community near our daughter.

Second, there was the process of getting a mortgage needed to buy our new home.  Allen is very knowledgeable about the financial picture needed to get a mortgage and so he made the process smooth and simple for us.  That is worth so much more than you can imagine.  If you find the ideal house but can’t get a mortgage, what good is it?  Not only that, he advised us correctly as to what amount we should apply for to get the best break in interest rates and other perks.

Third, there were questions about various peripheral issues regarding the selling and buying, such as what permits were needed to sell our old house and who to call to get inspections and other services needed for the house were buying.  Again, Allen had all the information about who to contact and where to get the services.
